PATRICK BAVASI offers special pricing to decorators, interior designers, architects, dealers, and other trade professionals. Please contact us for details.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, shipping, delivery, or insurance.
A valid resale certificate must be provided for any transaction claimed as exempt from sales tax.

All items are subject to prior sale.
HOLDS
PATRICK BAVASI will hold an item for up to seven days while a client considers its purchase. No deposit is required, and the item will not be offered to another buyer during the hold period. Please contact us if additional time is needed.
APPROVALS
Most items may be taken on approval for an agreed-upon period, to be seen by the client in situ. The client is responsible for all transportation costs and for insuring the item for its full value while in transit and in the client’s possession.
A credit card authorization for the full value of the item is required for all approvals.
RETURNS
All sales are final. PATRICK BAVASI does not accept returns or exchanges.
RENTALS
PATRICK BAVASI does not offer rentals.
CONDITION & AUTHENTICITY
Most items offered by PATRICK BAVASI are antiques more than 100 years old. Age-related wear and variations consistent with an item’s age and use should be expected.
Every effort is made to ensure accurate dimensions. Colors may appear different in photographs and on screens than they do in person.
Descriptions, dates, origins, and attributions reflect our opinion and are provided in good faith.

All items are guaranteed authentic to the best of PATRICK BAVASI’s knowledge and belief.
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice and must be made in U.S. dollars.
PATRICK BAVASI accepts cash, checks, bank transfers, ACH transfers, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards.
Payments by check must clear before an item is released.
Title to an item passes to the buyer only upon receipt of payment in full.
Credit card payments may be subject to a surcharge equal to the actual processing cost charged to PATRICK BAVASI, where permitted by law.
COLLECTION
Purchased items should be collected within 10 days of payment. Please contact us if additional time is needed. Storage charges may apply thereafter.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
PATRICK BAVASI is happy to arrange local delivery and assist clients in obtaining quotes for worldwide shipping. The client is responsible for all shipping, delivery, and insurance costs.
Shipping arranged by PATRICK BAVASI is provided as a courtesy. Carriers are independent third parties, and PATRICK BAVASI is not responsible for loss or damage after an item has been released to the carrier.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and all transactions with PATRICK BAVASI are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any dispute arising from a transaction shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
